Tournament Dates: April 19th - 21st, 2024
(only local teams may play on the 19th, Friday evening)

We plan to have separate Recreational, Academy, & Competitive divisions with different levels of difficulty.
If separate divisions do not form, we will reach out to the coaches to coordinate, so everyone who registers can play!
If we are unable to form a bracket, refunds will be made.

Entry Fees
Payments will be processed when the Team Registration has been accepted and placed within a bracket, on or within a few days of the deadline of March 30, 2024.
*Please make note that there is an $20.00 Oklahoma Soccer Association/GotSport fee that will be added at checkout for all registrations, this fee will be added regardless of online or in person payments.

TEAM CHECK-IN
Teams may check-in at the Clubhouse either Friday night between 6-8pm (Mandatory for local teams), or one hour prior to kickoff of your first game. If you are using a Guest Player, you must provide your Guest Player form found on the OSA website, along with a copy of the Guest Player's original roster to a member of the Tournament staff located at the LSC Clubhouse. If your team is from out of Oklahoma then please provide your tournament travel papers to a member of the Tournament staff. All teams must have all documentation with them throughout the tournament. Be sure to check out all of the items above. There you will find the Tournament Rules. Adobe Reader is required to read these documents.
REQUIRED PAPERWORK:
- Official Roster
- Guest Player form (if applicable)
- Guest Player's Original Team Roster (if applicable)
- Medical release form (does not need to be notarized)
- Official player passes (traveling rec and Competitive Only)
- Proof of Age documents (ex. birth certificate, passport, ID card etc.)
- Permission to travel for all teams outside of the Oklahoma Soccer Association
