(only local teams will be scheduled on Friday evening)

Entry Fees
Payments will be processed when the team registration has been accepted.
*Please note that there is a $20 Oklahoma Soccer Association/GotSport fee that will be added at checkout for all registrations. This fee will be added regardless of online or in person payments.

| U15-U19 | $600 | 11v11 | 35 minute halves |

If three or more teams from your club register for the tournament you are eligible to receive 20% off your registration. Please contact vp@lawtonsoccerclub.org for more information.
TEAM CHECK-IN
There will be no formal in-person Check-In.
Online Check-In Process
Teams will need to email all documents to vp@lawtonsoccerclub.org by noon on Friday, October 17, 2025. The subject line of the email must include Team Name, Division, and Type of Documents, i.e. “LSC Legacy, U14 Girls Competitive, Roster”.
Required paperwork for Check-In (these documents must be printed and presented to any tournament official if requested, for the duration of the tournament):
- Copy of the Official Team Roster
- Guest Player Forms:
- OSA Guest Player Form (This is ONLY for players currently registered through OSA who will be guest playing with another OSA registered team. Found on your Got Sport account under “Forms.” For non-OSA teams, please refer to your State Association for guest player requirements.)
- Official Roster of the Guest Player
- Medical Release
- Player Pass
- OSA Direct Registration Forms (if applicable)
- Player Passes (Academy, Travel Recreational and Competitive Teams)
- Medical Release Forms
- Permission to Travel Forms (for teams outside of OSA)
